Previously, CET passed a resolution in the name of Bharat Virtual Open Education Center on 10th March 2018, which is a purely independent Self-style private Educational body not registered with any central or state government under the unit of CET. This center is a private, autonomous educational body for online counseling, class 10th to PhD courses. After that, the CENTRAL CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY, MALAWI. EAST AFRICA  has given the status of the said center as an International university, which was formed as BHARAT VIRTUAL OPEN EDUCATION  UNIVERSITY  on 24/09/2024  vide Affiliation number CCU /ADMIN/034/24 dated 24/09/2024 as per the affiliation and collaboration letter of order towards issues honorary doctorate award, MANAD UPADHY   (Honorary Causa) in India. The above-mentioned university has been authorised to issue honorary doctorates. MANAD UPADHY is only under a private, autonomous program of the university and is not an official course of the university. This award is given in recognition of contributions to society and the Nation, honoring achievements, skills, and talents. It shall be purely an honorary/complimentary doctorate award (honoris causa), MANAD UPADHY, and this MANAD UPADHY certificate will be awarded in the convocation program by nomination, a chief guest. The honorary doctorate award (MANAD UPADHY ) cannot be used for further education, academic credit, or employment purposes.  This honorary doctorate award ( MANAD UPADHY) is for unity & integrity in the society  & in the country of India. The honorary doctorate award (MANAD UPADHY)  (Honorary Causa) is a mark of self-respect and personal accomplishment. By accepting this award, individuals do so voluntarily and with full understanding of its nature. There is no legal or formal recognition of the award, and recipients cannot claim any rights or status based on this award. The university is not affiliated with AIU, UGC,  Central, and State governments of INDIA. and is not listed by the UGC or the Ministry of Education, Government of India also this university is not covering the UGC  act, 1956, 2F and 12B    But this university is affiliated & collaborated with Central Christian University, Blantyre, Malawi (East Africa) ACCREDITED by the National Council of  Higher Education, Govt. of Malawi (East Africa), Registered/Recognized in the REPUBLIC OF MALAWI under Act No. 19 of 84, Section 15.
